Additional Support Groups

NEW Cope2Thrive (CBT) Support Group This group was created for individuals who have completed our 7 session Cope2Thrive Program but is open to anyone who has previously undergone Cognitive Behavior Therapy(CBT). We are hoping to continue our progress on turning automatic negative thoughts to positive, helpful thoughts. We will apply CBT concepts to our personal experiences to eventually feel less stress, experience less anxiety and depressive symptoms, and make healthier lifestyle choices. Our group meets virtually on Zoom from 2pm to 3:30pm on the third Friday of each month. Contact Lena for more info.
3rd Friday of the month from 2pm - 3:30pm - Register here
Peer Support Group (in person)

To access the conference room doors, start by heading South on 164th Ave NE. The main Together Center lobby doors will be closed. The Together conference center doors will be open for access to the support group.

From there, make your way to the Together conference Center sign, which has an entry door on 164th Ave NE. As you turn the corner onto 164th Ave NE, you'll likely see the conference room door on your right. Simply knock on the door and one of our support group participants will open it for you.
