2023-2024 Youth Ambassadors will have the opportunity to complete individual service projects, research projects, social media projects, outreach projects, event planning projects, and more to support mental health education, support, and advocacy.

Cope2Thrive is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based skills training that helps participants develop skills to cope with symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as skills to improve resilience.

The Teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA) training offers youth the opportunity to dive deep into the common mental health disorders, how to recognize signs and symptoms, and learn how to assist peers. Upon completion of the training, participants will become certified Mental Health First Aiders.
